The renovation is quite a laborious and full of difficulties project, yes a project - look at it as a project that should start in a correct way and finish within a reasonable timeframe. 2) First of all, in apartments are planned wall partitions in a desirable way, after it electricity water-pipe/sewerage and heating/cooling network is planned - this is a very important stage, which you should implement precisely and carefully. In case of heating in the current projects of m², we offer a collective system that implies on/off of radiators independently in separate rooms, as well as it determines the energy efficiency of the apartment. After arranging of all communications in the apartment, the facing works of walls is started;

3) The next step after facing of walls is a concrete screed, at this stage it is necessary to decide what kind of floor you will buy, whether it is a laminate, a three-layer parquet or a massive wooden floor; Since all of them need to screed the floor of different level, in order to exclude the difference between floor levels of rooms. 4) The next stage after the floor screed is the ceiling. You should predetermine what design you want for ceiling; in modern design we often meet a concrete ceiling, if you are going to leave the concrete, then it is necessary to cover it with finish coat to prevent permanent dust of the concrete particles in the apartment. If you decide to arrange plasterboard ceiling, here you need also to predetermine the levels, as well as the sections for curtains;

5) Simultaneously to the ceiling arrangement, you can thinkabout planningthe water-closet. Before you buy the bath furniture, you will need definitely to calculate their technical parameters and layout. In the place where the water meets a large stream, hydroinsulation should be done under the tiles. It is also necessary to select a waterproof fugue (filler between tiles). When you purchase the tiles, check for what they are intended, as buyers often make a mistake and lay a wall tile on the floor, which is inadmissible. Never use so-called angle-joints for better visualisation, it is preferable, if the craftsman will process tiles by cutting in 45 degrees;

6) When you finish laying bathroom and kitchen tiles, you can think about paintingof walls. In m2 apartments we often use Fleezeline wallpaper on the walls, because it perfectly matches for painting in different tones;

7) After the completion of the above-mentioned works, in the apartment should be arranged the floor, mounted inner door and skirting-boards, as well as electric sets for sockets/switches, which gives a fully finished look to the apartment.
