m² - GENERAL PARTNER OF CULTURE WEEK TBILISI

Starting from May 9 through May 12, Factory Tbilisi will be hosting one of the largest international cultural events - “Culture Week Tbilisi”. This season is dedicated to Europe days and aims at raising awareness on history and culture of Georgia.
Culture Week Tbilisi unites artists, painters, musicians, film directors, as well as influential representatives of the press and art. More than 30 local and international artists will be participating in “Culture Week Tbilisi”. Their works will be exhibited in different dedicated spaces at Factory Tbilisi.
To cover this event, up to 50 international guests from around the globe will be traveling to Tbilisi - Forbes USA, The Guardian, SouthChina Morning Post, Washington Post, Elle Japan, madame Figaro Japan, GQ Japan. The guests will be provided with opportunity to familiarize with works of Georgian and international artists, attend exhibitions, and learn more about Georgian culture, arts, attend movie sessions, concerts and participate in diverse program.

Director-General of m² participates in Local Economic Development Forum
On 30-31 May, Tbilisi hosted a Local Economic Development Forum organised by Tbilisi City Hall with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP Georgia) and the International Organisation for Migration (IOM).
The theme of the forum was current trends and needs of urban development. Local and international speakers, experts and academics presented their vision to the audience attending the event.
This year's forum was attended by Nikoloz Medzmariashvili, Director General of m², who presented the company's vision for developing the real estate market and urban architecture.
Since 2007, the Local Economic Development Forum has established itself as a platform for exchanging cutting-edge ideas and making effective decisions. The Forum is an effective platform for sharing experiences, modern approaches and insights into new ideas, which creates a sustainable and long-term perspective for cooperation and urban development.
This year's event discussed the following issues: Sustainable economic development; Local self-government in legal terms; Inflation in Georgia and worldwide: trends and impact on business development; Real estate market; Real economy sector, Tourism - new opportunities and challenges; Fiscal policy: target sectors and development strategy; Transforming cities through innovation; Spatial location and urban development/transport challenges; Urban architecture; Competitiveness and antimonopoly legislation; Gender equality and women's economic empowerment, and others.

m² gave Tbilisi 1 200 saplings as a gift
m² presented Tbilisi with 1200 saplings of different varieties.
The City Hall initiatedto have Arizona and Leyland cypresses planted in Aleksidze and Takaishvili Streets, Varketili 3, Samgori district.
Thegreening campaign held on April 22, the Earth Day involved Messrs. Revaz Sokhadze,MP for Samgori district, Nikoloz Medzmariashvili, General Director of m², Paata Togonidze, the Tbilisi Environment Protection Service Head, as well as some schoolchildren and beneficiaries of the Georgian Red Cross.
