LARGEST COMPLEX “m² AT HIPPODROME 2” OFFICIALLY OPENED.

The company “m²” announced the start of construction of a new residential complex “m² at Hippodrome 2” in July 2015, and construction work began in the same year. Instead of October 2018, the company began the phased handover of the renovated property for approximately 800 families ahead of schedule on August 23, and the official opening of the residential complex took place on October 4.
The “m² at Hippodrome 2” complex is located at 10 Kartozia Street. The project boasts a convenient and attractive location. For safety purposes, the complex is equipped with a fire protection system that complies with international standards, including fire-resistant doors in the entrances. The complex's energy efficiency reaches 23%, which allows residents to save on utility bills. It is worth noting that the complex is fully adapted for people with disabilities.
One of the advantages of the complex is its 4-level parking lot, which is designed to accommodate the number of apartments. Commercial premises for various types of trade and services are planned from the side of Antonovskaya and Kartozia streets, which will create additional comfort for the residents of the complex.
The complex has a modern two-story kindergarten. In addition, between the first and second buildings there are landscaped playgrounds and recreation areas, as well as a sports ground. Residents of “m² at Hippodrome 2” complex will be offered fully renovated apartments with Italian kitchens, built-in gas stoves, ovens, and extractor hoods. Importantly, each apartment owner had the opportunity to choose their own interior design and renovation materials from leading global brands.
The range of services after commissioning includes round-the-clock security, cleaning of entrances, elevators, and courtyard areas, landscaping, as well as comfortable rental services from m2 Rent.
It is worth noting that the “m² at Hippodrome 2” project was funded by the International Finance Corporation - IFC (7.5 million USD) and the South-East European Green for Growth Fund - GGF (7.5 million USD). The total cost of the project amounted to 60.6 million USD. 98% of the apartments in the complex have already been sold.

It would be great to see more projects like this in Georgia, aimed at efficient use of resources and reducing dependence on fossil fuels."
‘m² at Hippodrome 2’ is the eighth successful and most large-scale project implemented by m².
