"m² Real Estate" opened its first regional office of sales in the city of Batumi, in Luka Asatiani Street, # 13. The decision on opening Batumi office was taken in order to provide more comfort and to facilitate the communication with existing and potential clients. Currently, there are four sales offices of m² in Batumi and Tbilisi. In modern standards spaces any interested person will receive comprehensive information on the characteristics of current and planned projects, services and other details.

There they will be able to get consultation with the sales manager, sign a contract and get useful information or offers. The sales offices will work from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00. In the sales offices one can also get the services of “m² Rent”. This service is specially designed for the residents of m² and provides rental, selling and maintenance of the apartments in their possession.
