At present, m² is simultaneously constructing four energy-efficient complexes.

Framework works have been completed on “m² on Nutsubidze” and “m² on Kazbegi”, and renovation works are actively underway in the apartments.

As for the projects launched in the second half of last year, “m² on Tamarashvili” and “Optima Isani”, construction work has been completed by 41% and 56% respectively. In just five months, one of these complexes, “m² on Nutsubidze”, will be handed over to residents in a fully refurbished condition.

Residents of the renovated apartments in all four complexes will appreciate the kitchens with built-in gas stoves and extractor hoods. Comfort and safety will be ensured by the complex's services, which include round-the-clock security, cleaning of entrances, elevators, courtyards, and landscaping.
