m² PRESENTED THE CONCEPT OF AN INTERNATIONAL HOTEL BRAND IN ZUGDIDI

m² Real Estate presented the concept of an international hotel brand in Zugdidi.
If implemented, the new hotel will become the first international brand in Zugdidi. Furthermore, the concept of the hotel blends in with the city’s architecture and stands out through its location. The project includes 130 rooms with modern equipment and design. Providing employment for the local population is a crucial factor, with more than 200 jobs being created in order to operate the hotel. The total investment value of the project is GEL 30 million.
“This will be the first international hotel brand in the city. The project is highly important for regional economic development, and specifically for the purpose of attracting tourists. Zugdidi has a great development potential. At the same time, investment worth GEL 30 million guarantees employment, which makes this initiative even more important for the local population. In accordance with our corporate culture, we presented our concept to all the stakeholders prior to the start of construction. Feedback received prior to the start of each project is important for us,” stated m²‘s Director Genral Irakli Burdiladze.
Discussion about the details of the hotel project will continue as part of the city’s general plan. Construction of the hotel, as well as the implementation of other new architectural projects, will be possible after the approval of the General Land Use Plan for the City of Zugdidi.
