The process of moving into apartments in the “m² on Kazbegi” residential complex has begun. Construction work was completed in February according to the schedule. The construction of the residential complex took 25 months. Residents will be handed over fully renovated apartments, which will feature Italian kitchens with built-in gas stoves and extractor hoods. Starting in April, apartment owners will be able to move into fully renovated apartments customized to their requirements in the completed complex for personal residence.  “m² on Kazbegi” is the second energy-efficient residential complex from the m² company, which provides savings of up to 23% on utility bills.

The residential complex “m² on Kazbegi” is located on one of the most prestigious avenues in Tbilisi, at the address 25 Kazbegi Ave. near the Red Garden. The residential complex's infrastructure includes an underground parking lot, an inner courtyard with perennial plantings, recreation areas, and playgrounds. The complex is equipped with a fire safety system that complies with international standards. It is noteworthy that the residential complex is fully adapted for people with disabilities. “m² on Kazbegi” is the company's second project to feature elevators from the renowned Finnish brand KONE with voice announcements in Georgian. The entire complex is equipped with ramps for easy access. For added comfort, m² provides a range of maintenance services: round-the-clock security, cleaning of entrances, and landscaping; the company will cover the cost of all these services for new residents for one year.
