Real estate platform Georgia Real Estate continues operating with a new strategy. From now on, a new General Director, Giorgi Vakhtangishvili, will manage the company.

Georgia Real Estate continues business mostly in a development direction. The company business sphere will not be the construction business. The renewed strategy aims to diversify the construction risks, thus m² plans to collaborate with construction companies active on the market.

It should be noted that m² considers implementing new projects, also it will continue and finish current projects, including the residential district on Gelovani St. (m³), and the constructions of the construction company “Sveti” on Mirtskulava St., Tchkondideli St. and Nutsubidze St.

“I am glad I came back to the group that has an experience of multiple years in development and this is confirmed by many successful projects by m². High quality of the work and a flexible service-oriented towards a consumer are the company's most important values. It is very important for us to finish three ongoing projects of “Sveti,” that we were handed over in the framework of social responsibility,” states the General Director of Georgia Real Estate, Giorgi Vakhtangishvili.
