From 10 December, m² Development is starting a new campaign, announcing a month of New Year’s gifts for its clients.

The offer applies to the m³ Saburtalo project, which is currently under construction. Each buyer will receive one of three specified presents. a full vacation package for two persons to the island of Bali; household appliances (the package includes all necessary items, manufactured by leading brands); or furniture for the new apartment.

m³ Saburtalo is an ambitious and innovative project by m². Construction began in the summer, with the first phase due to be completed in two years. An apartment purchased in m³ Saburtalo will come with a whole residential district full of amenities such as recreational and leisure zones, sports facilities, car parks, security and fire safety systems, a maintenance service etc.

“We decided to bring more festive cheer to our future residents by offering them three types of gifts during the New Year period. To take advantage of this offer, clients only have purchased their apartment of choice in m³ Saburtalo.
