What do the New Year's internal installment plan terms mean?

Participating in the m² promotion is very simple — all you need is the desire to purchase an apartment and your ID. Bank guarantees, proof of income, or additional collateral are not required.

After selecting an apartment, you decide how you would like to pay the 10% deposit—create a payment schedule that works for you and pay the amount before the project is completed without any additional interest or fees. You can pay 1% each month for 10 months. After the project is completed, you can move into your newly renovated apartment and pay the remaining 90% of the cost in a single payment or with a bank loan.

The promotion applies to the following complexes under construction: m² on Chavchavadze, m² at Hippodrome 2 and m² on Kazbegi 2.
