Two iconic, light-filled skyscrapers with outstanding architecture and contemporary design will be developed in Tbilisi on Marshal Gelovani Avenue, near m²’s innovative district, “m³ Saburtalo.” These landmark towers will further enhance the area’s distinctive character and modern urban identity.

The architectural concept of m² Highlight is tailored to the lifestyle and expectations of today’s modern residents. The project comprises two glass towers rising 36 and 26 floors, offering an exceptional living environment for independent individuals, young couples and families who seek comfort, functionality and modernity in a high-rise setting.

As m²’s first skyscraper project, m² Highlight will meet the highest international standards, in line with m²’s development philosophy. These include inclusive accessibility, energy efficiency, advanced safety systems, and gender-responsive design principles.

The project will feature open terraces, shared coworking spaces, office and commercial areas, underground parking, and professional on-site complex management services.
