The new residential complex “m² at Mirtskhulava” is under construction in Tbilisi, Didube district, Mirtskhulava Street.

The complex is located on a land plot of 25365 m², is comprised of 10 buildings, an internal yard, green parks, a sports ground, and a car park. The project is located 10 minutes from Subway Didube.

Apartment space starts from 40 m² and is adapted to different needs: new families, rent, for students or big families.
