m² AT NUTSUBIDZE
The residential complex m² at Nutsubidze has been built at Sh. Nutsubidze #82. The residential house consists of four entrances and 221 apartments. The building has commercial area (515.43 m2) from the Nutsubidze street side.
The project has been funded by International Financial Corporation and the Canadian Government via 14 million USD renewable long-term loan, from which the Canadian Government allocated 4 million US dollars for energy efficiency projects.
Application of energy efficient systems is the biggest advantages of the project m2 at Nutsubidze, since it provides up to 23% energy efficiency and respectively, lower utility expenses.

• Efficient planning – the building ideally fits in with the landscape which ensures efficient distribution of the sunlight to the whole complex during the daytime.

The flat planning, interior design and renovation materials have been selected by the residents.
The flats are handed over with Italian kitchen, in-built oven and gas hood.
The residential complex completed in October 2015.
