Residential complex m² at Tamarashvili has been built at #6 Tamarashvili Street. The residential house consists of two buildings for 270 flats.  

The project is backed by International Financial Corporation (IFC) and Government of Canada through 14 million dollar revolving loan from which mln 4 US$ were allocated by Canadian Government for energy efficient projects.

m² at Tamarashvili applies energy efficient construction components, which is one of the major advantage of the project and brings up to 23% of energy efficiency.

The residential complex completed in July 2016.
